Mental Health Resources and Helplines

It's safe to say that everyone struggles on a variety of different levels and under different circumstances.
But its harder to think you must go through it alone. I can assure you, you do not.
You are not alone.
You are cared about, valued, appreciated and more than worthy of love.

The hope with this thread is to make these resources more accessible to the greater community. It can be hard and daunting to seek out help at times, especially in real life. This thread should hope to make outreach easier and to remind you that there are will always be people who'll care about you and who want to help you.
